I have lived in Whatcom County since 1995. I moved to the mountains to snowboard. A few years later I started telemark skiing and finished college. I graduated from Western Washington University with degrees in Biology and Spanish. After working for the Forest Service as a seasonal Wilderness Ranger for five years I decided to attend the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.
I chose to study Rolfing because it helped me overcome chronic neck and back pain. I am so excited to work with the human body. Each person is so unique and each session is different from the last one. I also enjoy the never-ending process of discovering the mind-body connection. I love seeing the changes in people’s bodies and minds after a Rolfing session.
When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, biking, and skiing. When I am not outside having fun I like to have fun indoors cooking, reading, and doing art projects.
